The Scope

From time-to-time standards are revised, changed and improved.

A recent change to the standard for the installation and inspections of personal fall protection systems left many asset holders in need of system reviews for their fall protection systems and subsequent upgrades.

The Challenge

Vertical Access worked with Sodexo to carry out system reviews on their roof fall protection systems and carry out upgrades so that the fall protection systems could be recommissioned and conform to the current standards.

Some of the systems had to be replaced with new ones designed by the company.

During the safety visit to this site the visiting manager found that work was being carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
